    About the Job

    The Sr.

    Manager of Supply Chain and Product Development is an integral part of the operations team and will help lead and develop the organization's cross-territory supply chain and oversee all day-to-day operations, with respect to sourcing, procurement, replenishment, product development, inventory management, inbound and outbound logistics (cultivation and 3P xfers), production planning, as well as raw materials and finished products.

    What You Will Do

    Execute the company's sourcing and purchasing strategy, encompassing vendor selection and evaluation, contract management, competitive sourcing, and material planning.

    Manage vendor integration, focusing on quality, price, service, and delivery.


    Perform quarterly business reviews of 3P vendors to identify opportunities, areas for improvement, principal risks and uncertainties and ensure supply vulnerability is mitigated by building and maintaining strong supplier relationships to enhance resilience and minimize disruptions.

    Ensure S&OP/demand planning goals are achieved with accuracy, timeliness, and quality.


    Monitor and collaborate the cross territory production planning groups to maintain consistent material availability for manufacturing and packaging in accordance with sales and supply demand.

    Manage FGI and raw materials balances to ensure replenishments are timely and accurate.

    Develop and maintain SOPs essential for optimizing the supply chain team to meet company goals.

    Collaborate with FP&A to develop analytical tools and reports for effective management of supply chain performance KPIs.

    Lead continuous improvement efforts by evaluating new technologies, industry best practices, and conducting quarterly score

    Accountable for managing all supply chain-related budgets, including procurement spend and development costs.

    Lead a staff responsible for sourcing procurement, replenishment, product development, and SC systems across multiple facilities.

    Collaborate successfully with various indirect business partners to secure buy-in without direct authority.

    Implement Strategic Sourcing methods such as competitive bidding using RFx protocol, negotiation, and contracting.

    Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

    Assess and mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions, quality issues, and compliance challenges.

    Utilize supply chain management software and tools to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.

    ERP Requirements

    Business partner with Director of Business Systems & Sr Director of FPA to develop scalable solutions to enrich analytics opportunities within Acumatica and reporting

    Supervisory Responsibilities:
    Manages team of Supply Chain function and Product Management (2-4 people)

    What We Are Looking For

    Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field required OR equivalent combination of education and experience

    Eight years or more of progressive experience in operations and/or business intelligence roles AND Three years or more supervisory experience, preferably in the Cannabis industry

    Ability to balance multiple, diverse priorities and produce high quality deliverables

    Advanced skills in MS Office / G-Suite applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

    Communication skills of explaining complex data topics to non-experts (i.e. sales, production, supply chain, cultivation, and other non-finance business units)

    A benefit if proficient in Tableau - BI Reporting Tool / Power BI

    Strong experience working with large-scale datasets and multiple tasks or projects simultaneously

    Ability to learn Cannabis related systems, i.e. METRC, Acumatica

    Compensation Description (annually):

    The salary range for this position in the selected city is $110, $130,000.00 annually.


    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.

    Base pay is one part of the total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for variable compensation or additional incentives.
