The Assistant Project Manager supports the early-stage development and execution of utility-scale solar EPC projects.
Responsibilities
- Act as a central coordinator for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs—analyzing requirements, developing response strategies, and aligning internal contributors ,
- Maintain and improve a library of reusable proposal content, templates, and pricing assumptions to support efficiency and accuracy in responses ,
- Interface directly with clients and proposal stakeholders to clarify deliverables and respond to technical questions ,
- Prepare weekly internal reports summarizing progress open items risks
