Job SummaryResponsible and accountable for assigned core programs, leads nursing staffthrough daily oversight of nursing care on assigned unit(s).Adheres to the standards of care, manages theenvironment to maintain resident safety, supervise the resident care activities performed by RNs, LPNsand nursing assistants.
