    Position Overview:

    As an R&D Technician, you will play a crucial role in our research and development projects, with a primary focus on vehicle wiring and wiring harness assembly. You will be involved in various tasks ranging from assembly and fabrication to wiring and software installation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on the forefront of EV technology and contribute to the development of next-generation electric vehicles.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform assembly and fabrication tasks as part of R&D projects.
    • Conduct wiring activities, including harness assembly and installation.
    • Assist in software installation and integration processes.
    • Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
    • Document processes, procedures, and findings accurately.
    • Participate in prototype testing and validation activities.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in automotive or wiring harness assembly is required.
    • Strong understanding of electrical systems and wiring principles.
    • Proficiency in using hand and power tools for assembly and fabrication tasks.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new EV-related technologies and processes.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Prior experience in the electric vehicle industry.
    • Familiarity with software installation and integration processes.
    • Basic understanding of EV components and systems.
    • Experience with prototype testing and validation procedures.

    Compensation:

    • Compensation commensurate with experience. Expected range $55,000 to $80,000 annual salary.
