    We are seeking a motivated, self-starting individual to join our firm as an Investment Product Analyst.

    Under limited supervision, the Investment Product Analyst will conduct investment and operational due diligence, contract engagement, and execution of investment manager relationships and underlying strategies for Dynasty Network Partner advisory firms.

    Responsibilities include confirming investment strategies are eligible to participate on the turnkey asset management program ("TAMP") platform and helping to communicate the governance process around pricing and strategy exceptions with internal and external stakeholders.

    The analyst will work in close collaboration with the Dynasty Investments Team, Operations, Legal, and Compliance.

    The individual will also work closely with Business Development and Relationship Managers to understand advisor investment strategies needs, competitive marketplace dynamics, and support the development of processes to ensure that advisors have a clear and concise approach to using the investment strategies offered via Dynasty.

    This role will actively engage with sophisticated independent financial advisor clients, collaborate across the business with members of the Dynasty team, and partner with external resource partners and agencies.

    This role is an in-office position in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida.


    Responsibilities:


    Serve as a member of the TAMP Committee to perform and evaluate asset manager investment and operational due diligence to determine if a manager or strategy is a candidate for the investment platform.

    Gain competitive knowledge of market trends, market shifts, and the overall direction of the financial markets environment to identify opportunity for change, enhancement, and sunsetting of managers and underlying strategies.

    Responsible for strategy portfolio assessment and life cycle management while residing on the investment platform.

    Liaison with key internal stakeholders – Finance, Pricing, Operations, Investments, Legal, and Compliance to develop procedures for a variety of investment programs.

    This may involve development of "best practice" training materials and/or providing education on the best practices.
    Assist in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.

    Work with Investments, Operations, and Transitions to assess client needs and investment opportunities to streamline, implement, and enable a relatively seamless transition to the Dynasty TAMP.

    Govern templates for investment strategy guidance with stakeholders leveraging Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Finance.

    Develop measurable data analytics as key performance indicators to track and maintain reporting on ROI, adoption, sunsetting, asset levels, and client asset flows.

    Responsible for training and educating internal and external stakeholders on platform technology, enabling new network partners or colleagues to gain insight of the investment platform.

    Help in coordination with the overlay trading team for multiple managers and strategies.
    Train and develop Network Partner Firms ability to research and resolve complex problems.
    Consistently assess and improve workflow processes to mitigate risk and create efficiencies.

    Assist in managing departmental projects including but not limited to new manager or product offerings on behalf of clients, managers, and custodians.

    New client onboarding - includes reviewing results of investment mapping exercise, custodian requirements, client reporting needs and system readiness to offer the product.

    Ability to present, educate and explain tools to new and existing clients.

    Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or equivalent required.

    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with various investment products and structures as part of a Financial Services company or equivalent.

    Progress towards Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, CIMA, or comparable designation.
    Strong analytical thinking skills.
    Excellent communication, networking, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
    Results-driven, motivated individual. Thrive in fast-paced work environment.
    Highly responsive with sense of urgency to provide accurate deliverables under tight time pressure.
    Flexibility to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
    Familiar with industry pricing factors and the competitive landscape.
    Excellent MS Office skills, CRM or Salesforce experience preferred.
    Proficient with various custodians such as Schwab, Fidelity, and Pershing
    Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel

    Strong quantitative and analytical skills – You can detect and translate a story behind numbers and data
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills – You can translate and present complicated ideas in a simple, easy to understand style

    Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects effectively and work well under pressure to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
