- 10+ years of dynamic experience in FP&A roles, ideally in lending or financial services companies
- Ability to network within an organization and build trusted partnerships; influence through insight and collaboration
- Experience managing and developing teams
- Knowledge and experience with FP&A systems and understanding of building complex financial models in Excel
- Comfort with ambiguity and fluctuating deadlines
- Ability to work in fast paced and dynamic environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail, desire to deliver results

About the role:
Enova is currently searching for an experienced, hands-on financial leader for the Director of our Line of Business Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all processes, activities and modeling for forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis of our product P&Ls to support Enova's profitable growth. The ideal candidate will be a skillful collaborator with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial management principles and demonstrated success in a high-growth, dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role will report to the Treasurer and VP of Finance and work closely with members of executive management across the company.
