    About the role:

    Enova is currently searching for an experienced, hands-on financial leader for the Director of our Line of Business Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all processes, activities and modeling for forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis of our product P&Ls to support Enova's profitable growth. The ideal candidate will be a skillful collaborator with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial management principles and demonstrated success in a high-growth, dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role will report to the Treasurer and VP of Finance and work closely with members of executive management across the company.

    Responsibilities

    • Own the development and preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, including actionable analysis that drive decision making in conjunction with P&L leaders and Executives and support investor relations
    • Grow, mentor, and lead a high-performing FP&A team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and professional development
    • Build positive relationships across the global finance and line of business teams which enable open conversations and effective action plans
    • Enhance and articulate financial models founded in operational realities
    • Build strong processes for budget monitoring, reporting and variance tracking
    • Engage with senior leadership to build long-term plans for the growth of our businesses
    • Provide analytical and financial support to line of business teams
    • Author and deliver impactful presentations, for business leaders, the Executive team and the Board of Directors that distill complex ideas and opportunities into actionable insights

    Requirements

    • 10+ years of dynamic experience in FP&A roles, ideally in lending or financial services companies
    • Ability to network within an organization and build trusted partnerships; influence through insight and collaboration
    • Experience managing and developing teams
    • Knowledge and experience with FP&A systems and understanding of building complex financial models in Excel
    • Comfort with ambiguity and fluctuating deadlines
    • Ability to work in fast paced and dynamic environment
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail, desire to deliver results
    • Public company experience preferred
