- Monday-Thursday: 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Monday-Thursday (Portland and Eudora only): 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Friday: 8 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Additional hours may be required when necessary.
- Collaborate with PCPs to assess and co-manage patient needs.
- Conduct assessments, interventions, and crisis evaluations for early resolution and long-term wellness.
- Provide feedback, referrals, and support for patient care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintain accurate patient records.
- Contribute to program enhancement and integrated behavioral health expansion.
- Participate in Risk Management and team-based care activities.
- Travel as required for professional engagements.
- Other duties as directed by the COO.

Work Schedule:
JOB SUMMARY:
The Behavioral Health Consultant is an integral part of the primary care team, collaborating with the Director of Behavioral Health. Responsibilities include providing behavioral health consultation to individuals and families across different age groups to enhance their psychosocial well-being and overall health outcomes. The role involves liaising with governmental and local entities to optimize resource utilization and align program development objectives. Continuous quality improvement in line with Mainline Health Systems, Inc. standards is paramount, focusing on a Patient Centered Medical Home model.
