    Job Description:

    We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their full potential.

    • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist individuals with daily living activities, such as personal care and medication management.
    • Develop and implement individualized plans to promote community integration and socialization.
    • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to state regulations and agency policies.
    • Foster positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.

    Requirements:

    • Education and Training: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in human services preferred.
    • Certifications and Experience: RBT certification preferred; experience working with intellectually disabled populations desirable.
    • Skills and Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; empathy and patience when interacting with clients.

    • Full-time, part-time, and on-call substitute opportunities available.
    • Competitive hourly rate: $12-$15/hour (dependent on education and experience).
