- Aid craftsman in scheduling work, ordering materials, and completing assignments by a specific date
- Manage and maintain ongoing maintenance, work orders, and villa maintenance program
- Research and requisition tools, equipment, and supplies needed by the Engineering Department
- Study production schedules and estimate worker hour requirements for completion of job assignments
- Interpret company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations
- Track and coordinate projects within the area
- Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules
- Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase the efficiency of work crews
- Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in solving work problems
- Initiate or suggest plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals
- Maintain time and production records
- Confer with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments
- 1+ year of facilities maintenance or handyman experience
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Must be at least 18 and have a valid driver's license to drive company golf carts
