    The Opportunity

    The Cloud SecurityEngineerIIwill work closely with the DevOps, Cloud Engineering and Technology Optimization teams to ensure cloud security controls are adequately implemented, documented, and reported. The role will assist other security engineers and architects on their day to day activates and help automate security event monitoring and reporting process.

    Responsibilities

    *Assist security engineers and architects in their day-to-day activities. *Collaborate with the security team to implement and maintain a Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solution across the organization's infrastructure. *Implement cloudconfigurationstandards,Infrastructurepoliciesto support compliance initiatives. *Assist in automatingcloudsecurityconfigurationmonitoring and reporting process forAWS andAzure services. *Perform security analysis and recommend appropriate safeguards and/orcountermeasures. *Design and develop interactive and visually appealing Power BI dashboards to presentcloudsecurity-related data, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) in a clear and concise manner. *Create documentation and runbooks for information security processes.

    Candidate Profile

    *Pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent *2+ years of experienceworking onAWS or Azure Cloud. *Previous experienceworking with Developers, DevOps, and Engineering teams in a fast-paced environment. *Previous experience withcloud technologies(AWS, Azure)and automation. *Knowledge of Cloud native technologies, microservices, Azure deployment *Knowledge of Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM is highlydesired. *Comfortable working with API's and programming language like Python.

    The above qualifications, knowledge, experience, and/or background are expected but not required for this role.

    The base salary range for this position is$80,000 - $100,000.In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed hereTeladoc Health Benefits 2024.Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
