The Role
Early Childhood Interventionists at MSS are specialists who are able to diagnose, plan, and deliver high-quality, targeted instruction to our 3-5-year-old students who need it the most; they are the brain surgeons who specialize in knowing the developmental stages and milestones for our youngest kids. You will work closely with classroom teachers and Pre-K leaders to develop plans to support students inside the preschool classroom. You will support students directly in the classroom or in a small group, pull-out setting if needed.
What you'll bring

Flexibility is key as you will work with students to move out of intervention throughout the year. You are a cool nerd and stay current on the latest research, looking to add skills to your already impressive repertoire of effective practices.
