    Our company is currently seeking ​a Full Time Bookkeeper & Clerical Support person to join our team This is a Monday through Friday position with paid holidays and PTO available. This is not a telecommuting position.

    Responsibilities:

    • Compute and record numerical data
    • Check the accuracy of business transactions
    • Record & Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations
    • Support the Senior Bookkeeping team
    • Data Entry
    • General Bookkeeping

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
    • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
    • Experience with Quickbooks or Sage accounting software preferred
