    Corporate Strategy Intern

    Location - Santa Clara, CA Hybrid

    Corporate Strategy and Development

    The Corporate Strategy & Development team sets the strategic direction for Chegg's long-term growth. We work in close partnerships with our executives, the Board of Directors and senior business leaders on our corporate strategy and growth priorities.

    Our team focuses on driving and delivering growth by leading top strategic and acquisition initiatives across the portfolio of Chegg businesses. We are responsible for setting our growth agenda, prioritizing investments and executing deal transactions. Projects are team-based, highly analytical in nature, and include close collaboration with senior executives across the company. We rely on rigorous analysis to drive insights and create meaningful impact. We also manage Chegg's M&A and investment portfolio from sourcing to deal execution. We are a tight-knit team and value deep relationships - both within the company and across the industry - to enhance our perspective.

    We are strategists, relationship builders, and dealmakers, and we are looking to grow our team.

    Responsibilities
    • Research market trends and key drivers that impact the education/edtech market and competitive landscape
    • Assist with project management including recording meeting notes and providing summaries of key decisions and discussions
    • Support team members in day-to-day tasks, including the drafting of key the drafting of key communications, documents, and presentations as needed
    Qualifications
    • Current student
    • Be legally allowed to work in the US (US citizen, green card, or F1 student visa holder)
    • Be able to work 40 hours per week
    • Interest in education/education technology

Since then, we've expanded our offerings to supplement many facets of higher educational learning through Chegg Study, Chegg Math, Chegg Writing, Chegg Internships, Thinkful Online Learning, and more to support students beyond their college experience. These offerings lower financial concerns for students by modernizing their learning experience. We exist so students everywhere have a smarter, faster, more affordable way to student.
