*Position Overview*The main objective of the Program Assistant will be to provide support to our statewide Mental Health First Aid Oklahoma program and the Substance Use Prevention Alliance coalition in Oklahoma County by garnering community engagement through events and outreach, as well as performing daily administrative tasks. The Program Assistant will keep track of physical inventory, order supplies, schedule community events, pay vendors, book travel, check emails, answer phone calls, and welcome guests.
The Program Assistant will have the ability to make an impact by instilling trust and providing a multitude of resources to members of their community.
This will include creating courses and learner accounts, providing technical support to learners, tracking course completion, and submitting help requests.
Additionally, they will also have opportunities to be creative and work on passion projects that pertain to DCCCA's mission.
Our ideal candidate will be service-oriented and appreciate a role that is highly structured with the occasional need for flexibility.
The individual in this role will also ideally run the office social media accounts, so experience with marketing or social media is a plus.
