We are excited to be growing and have an immediate need for a Project Manager in Dallas, Texas.


Essential Functions:

• Negotiates contract agreements
• Prepares written estimates for clients based on labor, materials, equipment, subcontracts and other expenses
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• Works closely with Sales in market to develop deeper relationships with our clients and partners.
• Manages all aspects of the project using Procore.
• Visit project sites to evaluate progress and to respond to clients concerns or questions.
• Coordinates with suppliers and vendors to ensure our construction teams have the materials they need
• Communicates with site superintendents about delays and any other issues that must be communicated to clients
• Responsible for maintaining an elevated level of professionalism with clients, vendors and colleagues; works to establish a positive working relationship
• Drives throughout service area while following all local laws
• Operates vehicles and other equipment safely; adheres to safety protocols; reports hazards and risks; behavior contributes to a safe and secure working environment Required Education and Experience:
• Bachelors degree and/or equivalent education and experience;
• 3-5 years of experience in Project Management Preferred Education and Experience:
• Bachelors degree or Construction Management, Engineering, Applied Science or Architecture field
• Construction experience
• SCIF Construction experience a plus
• Commercial general contractor experience
• PMP Certification
• Active Security Clearance a plus #PM23 Compu Dynamics Pay Range
