    Beverage Server - Mist Lounge - $500 Hot Job Bonus Incentive

    ***Hot Job Details:***

    $500 Hot Job sign on bonus paid out in two installments. The release of the bonus will occur as listed below:

    1st installment of the bonus ($250) will be paid after the successful completion of 60 days of employment in the Hot Job position you were hired for at Snoqualmie Casino.

    2nd installment of the bonus ($250) will be paid after the successful completion of six (6) months of employment in the Hot Job position you were hired for at Snoqualmie Casino.

    *Only applicable to applications submitted after 04/01/2021

    **PURPOSE**

    Provide alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage service to Guest consistent with the standards of the Beverage Department. Responsible for a high level of Guest Service with respect to WA State Liquor Laws and Guidelines.

    **ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES**

    Accountable for providing superior beverage service for designated area offering complimentary and alcoholic refreshments to Guests.

    Utilize and implement MAST training to prevent and recognize potential alcohol related concerns.

    Assist with supplying and cleaning wait/service station.

    Handle cash and reconcile bank for all alcohol served according to Snoqualmie Casino policies.

    Communicate with Management the area in need of special attention to better facilitate quality Guest Service.

    Must comply with uniform and dress code requirements during scheduled shifts.

    Proficient in communicating to management and guests.

    Outgoing, positive characteristics.

    Knowledge of Casino beverages (alcohol and non-alcoholic) required.

    Professional and well-kept appearance is required.

    Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    **Education and Experience**

    High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD)

    Six (6) months comparable experience as a food and beverage server familiar with tray service.

    Six (6) months experience with a computerized point-of-sale system (i.e. Micros, Aloha, Dinnerware, Agilysys) etc.

    Snoqualmie Casino Career Development Track Series completion.

    **Skills and Abilities:**

    Proven knowledge of alcohol service

    ***Snoqualmie Casino exercises Snoqualmie Tribal Member/Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for Security, Surveillance and DOT panel testing is required for Transportation positions. All other positions are subject to pre-employment testing,*** ***excluding marijuana.***
