8. Draft legal documents and briefs for submission to immigration authorities and courts.
9. Represent clients in interviews, hearings, and proceedings.

Qualifications:

1. Possession of a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the bar where practicing law.
3. 1-4 years of solid experience practicing immigration law.
4. Deep understanding of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
5. Fluency in both English and Spanish.
6. Ability to manage multiple cases and tasks while maintaining accuracy.
