    Program: Interim Single Adult Male

    Shifts Options:

    Sunday through Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm

    Tuesday through Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm

    SUMMARY: This position is responsible for supporting the program manager with daily tasks to include coordinating multiple projects through completion.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Coordinates and supervises care of clients.
    • Assists with researching, planning, and implementing new program initiatives.
    • Assists with scheduling, performance management, training, and coaching.
    • Maintains budgets, including forecasting future expenses.
    • Adheres to all contract specifications.
    • Reviews and approves timesheets.
    • Screens resumes and conduct interviews.
    • Suggests policy and program changes to increase the effectiveness of the unit; meets goals, and/or better serve the needs of the community.
    • Maintains records in accordance with agency, government, other funding sources, accreditation, and/or licensing requirements.
    • Communicates with external referral resources and outreach services.
    • Composes program effectiveness reports.
    • Performs all other duties as assigned and required.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred in behavior sciences or social service subject area; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Certificates, licenses and registrations required:
      1. Project Management Certificate preferred.
    • Computer skills required: Word Processing Software (Word); Electronic Mail Software (Outlook); Presentation software (PowerPoint); and Publisher software.
    • Other skills required:
      1. Ability to remain calm in crisis, hostile, or disaster situations.
      2. Ability work effectively and independently.
      3. Strong coordination, typing and oral communication skills.
