    Position Summary:

    We are looking for a Warehouse Specialist. This person will be responsible for securing and shipping cranes. A high level of accuracy and detail is necessary. This position involves lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Performs weekly counts of inventory crane build material
    • Create purchase orders for material needed
    • Send requisitions out for quote
    • Manage stock material out of inventory sheets as required
    • Order and store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory
    • Accuracy of all paperwork produced
    • Assist supervision/management as needed
    • Filling out, out of inventory sheets
    • Follow company policies, guidelines, and work instructions
    • Warehouse work as needed (Cleanliness & Organization)
    • Check in steel orders
    • Verifies quantity and quality of orders
    • Verifies items received with purchase order and receivers
    • Process UPS and FedEx Shipments
    • Deliver and retrieves supplies to and from work storage areas; tags and issues supplies
    • Stock shelves and rotates inventory
    • Foster a positive work environment and promote a high level of company morale

    Required Skills/Abilities

    • Computer proficiency
    • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
    • Must pass drug test
    • Must pass background check

    Education and Experience

    • High School Diploma
    • Valid Driver's License
    • Clean Driving Record
    • Forklift certified or able to complete forklift certification course
    • Overhead Crane Operator training/certificate required

    Work Environment

    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

    Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

    This is a full-time position; typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
