    Supply Chain Manager


    Job Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with other departments to identify and maintain needed resources to establish an effective supply chain
    Maintain and establish performance metrics to monitor performance, provide comparison, and evaluate factors attributing to operational efficiency and cost within the supply chain
    Work through team to maintain inventory of material and supplies located at multiple locations
    Analyze current inventory & procedure to develop improvements within the supply chain and drive profitability
    Develop and update policies to increase inventory efficiency in the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety objectives are met
    Work with domestic and international freight vendors to effectively route products to and from Warming Trends
    Collaborate with vendors to develop packaging solutions for product
    Responsible for vendor negotiations of product and service
    Work closely with the product development team to source new offerings, provide information on availability and cost
    Accountable for the daily workflow of production schedules
    Develop and maintain supplier scorecards tracking quality, delivery, and overall ability, as well as developing new suppliers to meet the needs of the company
    Align supply chain activities (planning, sourcing, production, and delivery) with demand utilizing S&OP as a method to drive desired results
    Responsible for hiring and development of team


    Education:
    Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management preferred
    5 years of relevant Supply Chain and Management experience
    Experience working with ERP systems


    Preferred Qualifications:
    Excellent verbal and written communication

    Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors and customers.

    Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
    Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, often with competing priorities


    Job Type:
    Full-time


    Annual Salary:
    $110,000 - $125,000
