    The HR Generalist supervises HR functions, such as recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits, compensation, and training, ensuring adherence to government regulations and daily HR operations. Proficiency with HRIS and Paycom is crucial for this role.

    Job Title: HR Generalist

    Location: Vancouver, Washington

    Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 Annually

    Requirements - What Matters Most
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to define personnel needs and create compliant job descriptions
    • Manage the recruiting process from ads creation to new hire paperwork preparation
    • Execute onboarding procedures for new hires, explaining benefits and ensuring a welcoming environment
    • Evaluate candidates for skills, education, and cultural alignment
    • Provide employee relations support and handle conflict resolution
    • Conduct performance reviews and offer guidance and training
    • Deliver HR training sessions and assist with benefits enrollment
    • Produce HR reports and maintain compliance knowledge
    • Engage in HR improvement initiatives and maintain confidential HR files
    • Assume additional HR duties as required
    Key Responsibilities
    • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
    • 3-5 years of HR experience required
    • Knowledge of employment laws, recruitment, and selection practices
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Proficiency in HRIS system, especially Paycom
    • Experience in partnering with executive leadership on HR initiatives
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
    • Bilingual English and Spanish is advantageous
