- Collaborate with hiring managers to define personnel needs and create compliant job descriptions
- Manage the recruiting process from ads creation to new hire paperwork preparation
- Execute onboarding procedures for new hires, explaining benefits and ensuring a welcoming environment
- Evaluate candidates for skills, education, and cultural alignment
- Provide employee relations support and handle conflict resolution
- Conduct performance reviews and offer guidance and training
- Deliver HR training sessions and assist with benefits enrollment
- Produce HR reports and maintain compliance knowledge
- Engage in HR improvement initiatives and maintain confidential HR files
- Assume additional HR duties as required
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of HR experience required
- Knowledge of employment laws, recruitment, and selection practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in HRIS system, especially Paycom
- Experience in partnering with executive leadership on HR initiatives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Bilingual English and Spanish is advantageous
