    Job Overview:We're on the lookout for a meticulous and organized Sous Chef to join our team, where your main focus will be on the administrative as well as the culinary operation - cost control, purchasing, kitchen operations, and organization. If you thrive in managing orders, and invoices, and keeping the kitchen organized and efficient, we want to hear from you

    Responsibilities:Cost Control:
    • Keep a close eye on food costs, finding ways to save without compromising quality.
    • Conduct regular audits to catch pricing and portioning issues.
    Inventory Management:
    • Maintain organized and accurate inventory records.
    • Work on efficient par stock levels to minimize waste.
    Ordering and Procurement:
    • Place orders for supplies, looking for cost-effective alternatives.
    • Ensure deliveries are on time and as ordered.
    Administrative Duties:
    • Manage daily paperwork like invoices and receipts.
    • Keep an eye on employee time and attendance records.
    Time Clocking and Scheduling:
    • Supervise time clocking and ensure staff schedules align with the budget.

    Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in a sous chef role with a focus on admin tasks.
    • Superb organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Basic knowledge of kitchen management software and Microsoft Office.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • A culinary degree or relevant certification is a bonus.
