Description
Boston, MAA nationwide construction company in the area is actively searching for a Project Manager to manage commercial/industrial restoration projects.
Job Duties
Managing self-performed complex repair and restoration projects
Preparing/negotiating contracts
Developing and managing schedules
Maintaining profit & loss responsibility as well as other project financials including projections, etc
Providing strong leadership and supervision to project teams (including other Project Managers, Field Managers, Project Engineers, and field crews) and subcontractors
Working closely with Estimators to assist in reviewing bids and developing proposals
Demonstrating dedication to safety and quality control on all projects
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil / Structural Engineering or related field of study
5+ years of relevant experience within the Commercial/Industrial construction industry
Successfully manage construction projects up to $5 Million in value
Experience managing projects that include structural concrete repair, waterproofing, facade repair and/or historic restoration
Expected traveling (20%)
