    Description:

    • Ensure quality standards are upheld through the audit process.
    • Manage manufacturing production disciplines to maintain high monthly completion percentages.
    • Coordinate work sequences for smooth operations and optimal resource utilization.
    • Address performance and productivity issues and implement action plans for improvement.
    • Maintain a neutral communication flow with the team.
    • Manage customer interactions and material logistics for seamless operations.
    • Ensure timely delivery of calibrated items.
    • Support inventory management and maintenance requests.
    • Identify areas for EH&S practice enhancements.

    - **Minimum Qualifications:**
    High School diploma and 2 years of relevant experience or 4 years of experience without a diploma. Must be able to stand for extended periods and work overtime.
    - **Preferred Qualifications:**
    Prior manufacturing lead experience and familiarity with SAP.
