A large Cold Chain Logistics company is looking for a Logistics Coordinator for their office in Chicago, IL. The company has 6 offices worldwide. You will work with a great team and have an excellent opportunity to grow within the company. This is a full-time position (not remote).

They are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator.

The Logistics Coordinator will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth operation of our Cold Chain logistics processes by managing booking requests, verifying documents, booking shipments, and maintaining warehouse inventories.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and preferably someone

who has Cold Chain Experience. Also, someone who can operate forklift, pallet jacks & able to lift up to 60lbs.


Key responsibilities:

• Received booking requests from customs
• verify documents with shippers, consignees & customs broker, locally & internationally as well.
• Book shipments with airlines, FedEx. Create awb's.
• maintain warehouse inventories
• able to operate forklift, pallet jacks & able to lift up to 60lbs

Minimum requirement:

• familiar with emails
• should be fast in replying emails & chat messages.
• able to work a extra time occasionally.
• Easy to commute to work.

Working hours 9am to 5:30pm

Salary Range:
$45,000 - $60,000 per year
