Job summary
The primary purpose of the Wound Care Nurse & Infection Preventionist is to develop, implement, monitor and supervise the restorative nursing philosophy.
To evaluate, assess, treat and create care plans in collaboration with the providers. Monitor the quality of patient care and patient outcomes as they relate to health care associated HAI infections;
collects prepares and analyzes HAI infection and surveillances data; presents infection data and makes recommendations for actions.
