Program Manager - Cable/ Telecom background

Program Manager

Should have experience in managing transformation & modernization programs pertaining to Cable Network Systems evolution

Should have experience in delivering OSS systems including provisioning & assurance, Field Operations, CPE devices OR Voice/Video solutions OR vCMTS etc.

Good to have experience in delivering BPMN 2.0 based workflow engine , Business process flow automation based solutions
Good to have expereience in delivering large scale programs (with team size of ~40+ engineers across multi-geo)
Fluent in customer /stakeholder communication, Vendor Communication
Should have good experience in team management
Should have experience in managing the P&L of the program
Well versed in managing - Cost/Time/Scope/Quality

Salary and Other Compensation

:

The annual salary for this position is between

$ 150 to 175K

depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
