Looking for occuational therapist (OT) for 13 weeks. This OT will be working SNF setting. VA license needed. 97 bed skilled nursing and rehab community located in Lynchburg, VA, which many may know as "Hill City" or "The City of Seven Hills". Position: Therapist
Specialty/Modality: Occupational Therapy
Licenses/Certifications: CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support), State License-Occupational Therapist-Virginia, NPI NUMBER
