Job Title: Paramedic

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paramedic to join our team at Sandstone EMS. As a Paramedic, you will be responsible for providing medical support and care to patients in emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to emergent and non-emergent calls and/or hospital codes
• Provide medical support and care to patients in pre-hospital and/or hospital environment
• Assist in the ongoing assessment of patients by identifying their needs and requirements
• Provide advanced medical care and basic life support services using appropriate medical equipment, devices, and treatment modalities

Requirements:

• State licensure/certification as a Paramedic or a Registered Nurse authorized to operate as a Paramedic in the state of practice
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certification required at time of hire
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification required at time of hire
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification (or must obtain within 6 months of hire)
• Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator's license as verified through the appropriate licensing agency

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
