Job Summary:

• Participates in the implementation and evaluation of patient care
• Ensures the health, comfort and safety of patients
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

Qualifications:

• Requires an associates degree/certification as a licensed practical nurse (LPN) or Licensed Medical Assistant (MA)
• Must have a license to practice in the state of Kentucky
• Interpersonal skills to successfully interact with patient, guest, physicians, and other employees
