    Director for Marketing and Fan Experience

    The Creighton University Athletic Department is seeking a highly motivated individual to lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies that enhance the fan experience.

    This role will provide input into the vision, leadership, management, coordination, execution, and oversight of the department's marketing unit.

    Collaborating with various units, including Athletic Communications, Ticket Office, Creative Services, Broadcasting and Interactive Media, and Corporate Sales and Sponsorship, to create a dynamic gameday environment and increase visibility, competitive brand positioning, and revenue generation for Creighton Athletics.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create a dynamic gameday environment for home events.
    • Develop, implement, and maintain all marketing and promotions strategies.
    • Collaborate with other units within Athletics.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communication, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in marketing, development, communications, sales, or equivalent leadership experience.
    • Direct experience in a Division I athletic department or professional sports organization.
