- Handle last-minute schedule changes for staff and clients
- Notify all parties promptly about any scheduling changes with less than 24-hour notice
- Support new client intakes and manage clinic supplies
- Collaborate with recruitment for onboarding new hires
- Maintain client and employee privacy as per policy and regulations
- Participate in opening and closing the clinic on designated days
- Manage appointments and ensure policy compliance
- Coordinate outreach for new clients and initial assessments
- Assist in facility maintenance and coordinate complex repairs
- Conduct 1:1 sessions as required
- Report on clinic and market performance metrics
- Other duties as assigned by the Clinical Director and Executive Team
- Background in a medical or similar office setting
- Basic knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and early childhood development
- Experience as a behavior technician is a plus
- Strong teamwork, flexibility, and eagerness to learn
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency in computer software
- Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Ability to build relationships and demonstrate creativity

POSITION SUMMARY:
Early Autism Services is looking for a full-time Care Coordinator (CC) for the Hoffman Estates, IL clinic. The main role of the Care Coordinator is to support the daily operations of the assigned clinic, ensuring smooth operations and creating a safe and welcoming therapeutic environment. Responsibilities include communicating with caregivers, handling operational reports, and assisting the team in achieving market goals and promoting the office locally.
