    **Description**

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    Following COVID-19 procedures daily taking temperatures and filling out questionnaires.

    Schedule deliveries to accommodate the customers needs.

    Check in Drivers and assign to dock door.

    Print BOMS and print instruction sheets and labels as needed.

    Answer phones and emails, check incoming product, put into the systems and distribute by email or phone.

    Pull all samples needed for ROHS testing. Make labels for material product coming in.

    Maintain a safe and clean work environment

    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Experience

    2 years experience in a warehouse distribution environment and prior outbound freight experience.

    **Education**

    High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) Minimum.

    SKILLS & ABILITIES Computer Skills

    Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), Outlook (email) **Abilities**

    Multi-task

    Interface with all types of personnel

    Good math skills; read/write; and communicate effectively

    Problem solving skills

    Work overtime when needed

    Bilingual (English/Spanish)

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    Position requires that you are siting/standing/walking the majority of the day and you must be able to lift/push/pull up to 10 pounds**.**

    Vision (Near, Distance, Depth Perception); Sense or Touch

    Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (Safety glasses, hearing protection in some cases.)

    WORK ENVIRONMENT

    Manufacturing/Warehouse environment exposed to dust, odors, noise and heat.
