    Rotating Equipment Reliability Engineer


    Our client, a leading global producer and distributor of nitrogen products and methanol, is currently seeking a Rotating Equipment Reliability Engineer to enhance their Asset Integrity team in Wever, Iowa.

    About the Role:


    As a Rotating Equipment Reliability Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of rotating equipment at our client's site.

    Your responsibilities will include monitoring equipment conditions, facilitating root cause analyses, developing and implementing Failure Mode and Effect Analyses (FMEAs), and managing condition monitoring and change efforts.

    You'll leverage your strong mechanical engineering background and your experience in chemical facilities to achieve early identification of issues, recommend repairs, and suggest improvements.

    Who We Are Looking For:
    Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or another technical field.
    5+ years of engineering experience, preferably in the chemical industry or a refining environment. Experience in fertilizer manufacturing is a plus.
    Certifications such as CMRP are desired.
    Strong knowledge of equipment design and maintenance, root cause analysis, ASME, and API standards.
    Exceptional time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of SAP and PCMS are pluses.


    Physical Requirements:
    Ability to work in various weather conditions, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
