    Description
    Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of commercial projects, including planning, initiation, execution, monitoring, and closure.
    Develop comprehensive project plans, including objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation, in collaboration with key stakeholders.
    Effectively communicate project goals, progress, and challenges to internal teams and senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment.
    Coordinate and facilitate regular project meetings, providing clear agendas, minutes, and action items to drive progress and accountability.
    Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively developing contingency plans to ensure project success.

    Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to define project scope, customer requirements, and contractual obligations, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

    Monitor project budget, resource utilization, and financial performance, ensuring profitability and efficient resource allocation.

    Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact and maintaining regular communication to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional business.

    Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lessons learned from past projects to enhance processes, tools, and best practices.

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify potential risks or opportunities that may impact project success.

    Profile
    Successful candidates for the Project Manager role will have:
    Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
    Proven experience as a Commercial Project Manager or similar role, preferably within the [specific industry or sector].
    Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
    Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
