    Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
    As an Organ Health Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, responsible for exceeding performance goals and establishing client relationships in the transplant market. Your duties will include:
    • Demonstrating a proven track record of closing sales, fostering client relationships, and driving sustainable growth.
    • Leveraging your expertise to successfully launch products in the transplant market, contributing to brand development and market expansion.
    • Becoming a local expert on organizational technology and services, representing our company at the highest levels.
    • Developing and executing local business plans tailored to meet sales objectives and optimize available resources.
    Qualifications:
    We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent educational background.
    • A minimum of 6 years of progressive sales experience, ideally within the diagnostic or lab-developed tests industry.
    • Knowledge of academic medical systems related to transplant, or specialty medicine
    • Established relationships with KOLs in transplant, or specialty medicine
    • Background in medicine, biological sciences, or genetics is preferred.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams to define and implement strategic plans.
    • Comfortable thriving in a startup environment, demonstrating initiative, self-motivation, and time management skills.
    • A driven professional with a competitive mindset and a commitment to achieving and exceeding results.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a creative and independent approach to overcoming challenges.
    • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

    Compensation
    • Base - $115k - $135k
    • Target Commission $65k uncapped.
    • Total $180k - $200k uncapped.
