- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent educational background.
- A minimum of 6 years of progressive sales experience, ideally within the diagnostic or lab-developed tests industry.
- Knowledge of academic medical systems related to transplant, or specialty medicine
- Established relationships with KOLs in transplant, or specialty medicine
- Background in medicine, biological sciences, or genetics is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams to define and implement strategic plans.
- Comfortable thriving in a startup environment, demonstrating initiative, self-motivation, and time management skills.
- A driven professional with a competitive mindset and a commitment to achieving and exceeding results.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a creative and independent approach to overcoming challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Base - $115k - $135k
- Target Commission $65k uncapped.
- Total $180k - $200k uncapped.
