    Position Summary:

    Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the Abby's Impact: Realizing Resilience program. Supervise the services provided by the staff working in the program. Monitor the program outcomes and the persons receiving services. Has strong and effective leadership skills, supporting a team of experienced professionals.

    Salary Range: $55, , ,000

    Hiring Range: $55,000 - $65,000

    Responsibilities:
    • Supervise the services provided by the staff working in the program. Monitor the program outcomes and the persons receiving services. Has strong and effective leadership skills, supporting a team of experienced professionals.
    • Hire, train, and supervise staff. Provide instruction and feedback to ensure the quality of services provided. Evaluate staff performance ongoing and during the annual staff evaluation process. Ensure staff increase knowledge and skill in all areas of performance.
    • Liaison with funding agencies, support service agencies, and approved service providers, public organizations, etc., to make referrals and facilitate the acquisition of services and resources to meet the needs of the individuals in the program.
    • Work with a team to develop new and innovative programming, assessments, and curriculum, including processes, training materials, class handouts, and guides.
    • Assist in planning and development of program growth opportunities.
    • Research, compile, and analyze data from various sources to determine program direction, trends, and strategies.
    • Complete intakes and/or conduct various assessments with participants to identify and address barriers and assist in goal-setting and career planning.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    Education:
    • BS in Human Services or related field preferred.
    Experience:
    • Prefer 5-6 years of hands-on experience in a facilitating role in a multicultural environment serving adults with multiple barriers to employment.
    • Experience should include effective organizational skills and oversight of a wide range of support services for individuals with diverse needs and learning styles.
    • 1-2 years working with community service providers and creating collaborative partnerships.
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in supervision of staff.
    Other:
    • Must possess own transportation, have a good driving record, maintain a valid driver's license, and provide proof of insurance coverage that meets agency coverage standards.
    • Basic computer skills and ability to work in a hybrid work environment.
