    We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to join our team.

    This is a permanent position that plays a pivotal role in shaping our company's future by aligning HR strategy with business goals.

    As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational HR advice, coaching, development and support to the business.

    You will also be responsible for leading and driving the people strategy, providing HR solutions to business challenges, and driving HR initiatives in the business.

    Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on a broad range of human resource topics.
    Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
    Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
    Assess and anticipate HR-related needs, communicating proactively with our HR department and business management.
    Manage the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.
    Collaborate with management to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
    Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
    Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
    Ensure the delivery of a comprehensive HR service to the business.

    Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required. A Master's degree in HR Management or related field is preferred.
    Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a senior HR role in a manufacturing environment.
    In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
    Demonstrated experience with HR metrics and ability to use data to inform decision making.
    Experience with HR systems such as Workday and benefits administration including 401K.
    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
    Professional HR certification is a plus (e.g., Proven experience in managing a range of HR activities such as talent management, succession planning, performance management, and employee relations.
