Dill Animal Hospital in Milton, WA is seeking a full-time Client Services Representative (CSR). Experience is appreciated and is not required for this position.

We are a growing, privately owned, two-doctor, small animal facility that strives to provide the best surgical and medical care possible in a friendly environment for our patients, their people, and ourselves. Our clinic is well-equipped with digital dental and full-body digital radiography, ultrasonography, iM3 dental equipment, and EMR records. Our practice also includes some rational integrative medicine, such as acupuncture. Our staff is motivated, positive, and engaged in continuing skills development.
Responsibilities:

• Our CSRs are the first and last contact with each client who visits our hospital.
• The impression they make is critical.
• Each CSR must provide excellent client care while creating a warm and welcoming environment for the client and their pets.
• CSRs serve as a liaison between doctors, technicians/assistants, and clients.
• Some of the duties performed by CSRs are answering phone calls, emails, and text messages, making appointments, managing client requests for prescriptions, and services, and communicating with the staff.
• Monitoring task lists to assure tasks are being completed in a timely manner.
• Other duties when working with clients directly include greeting clients and their pets and taking them to their assigned rooms.
• Getting a brief history once in the room, reviewing invoices for accuracy.
• Billing the client out at the end of the appointment, and showing them out afterward.

Our hours are Monday: 8:30a to 8:00p, Tuesday -Friday 8:30a to 5:30p. We are closed on weekends. Benefits vary based on hours worked but may include:
