Eric Blank Injury Attorneys is a prominent personal injury law firm based in the heart of Las Vegas. We are dedicated to providing top-notch legal representation to individuals who have suffered injuries due to others' negligence.

As we continue to expand, we seek an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager who can grow with our firm, potentially into a Marketing Director role.

This position will start independently, but will be supported by virtual assistant specialists for tasks such as blog writing and ad placement.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, both organically and through paid advertisements.

Manage and oversee all aspects of our marketing operations (digital and traditional), including campaign development, market research, and data analysis.

Work collaboratively with virtual assistants, as needed, to optimize our content creation, SEO, and online presence.
Be prepared to handle hands-on marketing tasks and troubleshoot various marketing challenges.
Drive brand awareness and lead generation to support the firm's growth objectives and generate cases.
Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Stay current with the latest trends in digital marketing and legal marketing, applying innovative approaches to our strategies.
Build and manage a marketing team as the firm grows.


Qualifications:

Proven experience in digital marketing, including managing and optimizing campaigns across various platforms (Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).Strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experiences and ROI of marketing campaigns.

Experience in content creation, SEO, and social media management.
Leadership experience with the ability to manage a team is highly desired.
Strong problem-solving skills and the willingness to take initiative.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
MBA is a plus, but not required.
Experience in legal marketing or a similar field is beneficial but not mandatory.
