    **About the Role:**

    **Job Summary**

    Using the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care at the Center. Applying a wide range of knowledge to deliver nursing care competently. The Clinical Nurse will participate in stress lab test scheduling, prepare patients, conduct tests, and assist in patient recovery. Meeting the healthcare needs of designated stress lab patients. Adhering to practice standards; coordinating patient care; managing supplies and equipment; and collaborating with other healthcare team members to meet patient and family requirements. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills.



    **Minimum Job Qualifications**
    • Licensure or certifications: RN license in Georgia. Current BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.

    **Essential Tasks and Responsibilities**
    • Assesses and provides appropriate care for patients' physical and emotional needs. Establishes immediate patient plans in consultation with physicians. Performs ongoing assessments, documents care plans, administers medications correctly, and recognizes unstable patients.
    • Participates effectively in emergency drills and demonstrates knowledge of cardiac tests and procedures. Monitors patients' vital signs, IV sites, and performs ECG monitoring accurately.
    • Preps patients properly, transfers them safely, and maintains patient comfort during testing procedures.
    • Recognizes and reports changes in patient conditions promptly and manages care effectively.
    • Serves as a clinical resource and ensures proper documentation of procedures and patient responses.
    • Commits to professional growth, assists in skills checklists, and ensures medication safety and administration.
    • Implements infection control practices, maintains safety standards, and contributes to patient safety through proper aseptic practices.
