We are currently seeking an IT Configurations Analyst
who will support ongoing efforts and various one-time initiatives for APi Group Business Systems, specifically for the Field Service Management system that serves multiple operating companies (Op Cos).
.
To include, but not limited to the following:
Serve as team technical expert of Field Service Management (FSM) system & associated systems utilized by APi Group, including configurations, integrations, process flows & workflows, imports, exports, and other functionality of the system to facilitate business processes
Maintain ownership of configuration governance to ensure system remains scalable and sustainable while also meeting the needs of the business
Advise FSM Support Specialists on applications and systems to ensure configurations meet end-user needs and users are utilizing the system appropriately
Serve as advisor for requests requiring a higher degree of technical expertise or decision-making to resolve issues that required timely resolution.
Facilitate proper maintenance of system data, working with data analysts to support reporting requirements as well as clean data and data governance effortsHave technical discussions with partner vendors, the integrations teams, and other workstreams to optimize system configurations including reporting, data structures, and stability
Ensure shared knowledge and documentation of system architecture and configuration as well as scalability and sustainability of configurations and integrations
Support testing and QA/QC efforts to verify functionality through proven test scripts
Engage the user community to support Operating Companies' use of the system through training, support, standard processes, and feedback loops
Qualifications:
BS/BA in field related to computer science, information technology, business or other relevant business application is preferred but less significant than other requirements listed.

Benefits and Compensation:
This role will be eligible for hybrid work flexibility based out of our New Brighton office. The pay range is $59,000 - $88,000, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
This position is eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family.
