Drives semi-automated and fully automated sanitation trucks to collect solid waste along an assigned route; positions vehicle to allow for the most efficient and effective loading or dumping of materials;
Collects refuse along assigned route; retrieves trash bin, containers, or bags from along route;
Inspects and prepares equipment for safe and proper operation prior to beginning work for the day;
