- Provide training services for Quick Start and OEM training center projects, specifically focusing on Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA project).
- Support various departmental operations under the supervision of the Director.
- Tasks include overall support of training operations, tracking and scheduling training events, developing training materials, and providing instruction.
- Collaborate with the Director and team to standardize business processes and tools for quality instructional service delivery.
- Assist in special projects, operations reports preparation, and training research.
- Travel primarily within the Savannah region, with occasional trips to other parts of Georgia.
- Bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience in training program planning, development, delivery, or evaluation, OR
- Four years of experience in delivering training, including developing instructional materials and lesson plans.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in management, instructional technology, industrial technologies, or a related field along with three years' experience in a manufacturing training setting.
- Expertise in instructional design methodology in a heavily automated manufacturing environment.
- Experience in updating schedules through an interactive management system, configuring training materials, and conducting technical training sessions.
