- Lead small service team in delivering high-quality services to clients
- Manage customer experience by delivering projects on time and within budget
- Expand business opportunities and supervise deal structures for profitable delivery
- Manage consulting engagements, resources, and schedules
- Ensure adherence to company initiatives and methodologies
- Experience as a Senior or Principal Consultant, or similar leadership role
- 5+ years' experience in NetSuite and ERP implementations
- Experience in people management, including performance evaluations
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Business expertise and understanding of technical solutions for business value
- Knowledge of process methodologies and successful delivery on key metrics
- Open to occasional travel
