    Description
    Job Description:
    • Location: Newark, DE

    Position Summary:

    • Responsible for managing and implementing material changes for projects of various complexities
    • Collaborates with Tech Delivery team to define change procedures and assist in change management tasks
    • Conducts advanced data queries and excel reporting to ensure compliance with change management policies
    • Performs internal audits to address data quality issues and troubleshoots with tech teams for resolution
    • Leads change management execution integrating Risk Management, Release Planning, and Quality Assurance
    • Serves as the main point of contact for change management activities and develops training materials

    Required Skills:

    • JIRA agile tool (or equivalent)
    • Experience in functional process flowcharts and agile software delivery practices
    • Proficient in MS Office and reporting functions
    • Ability to drive process improvements, manage risks, and ensure compliance
    • Skilled in facilitating routines, dependency management, and risk mitigation
    • Self-motivated to stay current on enterprise standards

    Desired Skills:

    • Background in programming, architecture, or application testing
    • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
    • Experience with dashboard reporting and advanced excel skills
    • Strong understanding of Change Management and Project Management principles
