    Job Title: Licensed Mental Health Counselor / Therapist (Remote)

    Talkspace is seeking a licensed mental health counselor to provide flexible remote mental health care. As a Talkspace therapist, you will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload and work on your schedule.

    We handle insurance claim submission and billing for you, so you can focus on practicing the craft you love without worrying about administrative tasks.

    • Flexible Scheduling:

    You can provide mental health care on your time, whether that's during the day, evenings, or on the weekend. Many clients are available and look for care on weekends and at night.

    • Bonuses:

    Earn bonuses for engagement with new clients and take advantage of our HIPAA-compliant AI tools to expedite session preparation and accelerate session documentation.

    • AI Assistance:

    Our AI tools provide a summary of key details from previous sessions and draft progress notes after each session, making it easier for you to focus on what matters most - providing quality care to your clients.

    Requirements

    • Independent, State-Board-Approved Clinical License:

    You must possess and provide proof of an independent, state-board-approved clinical license (e.g., LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).

    • Individual Professional Malpractice Liability Insurance Policy:

    You must have an individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy in place.

    • Individual NPI & CAQH Numbers:

    You must have individual NPI & CAQH numbers.

    • Current Residence in the USA:

    You must be a current resident of the USA.

    Compensation

    You will be reimbursed $70 for 60-minute live sessions. Compensation for shorter live sessions (30- and 45-minute) is prorated. Asynchronous messaging rates fluctuate depending on client plans and their state of residence. You will also earn bonuses based on engagement with new clients.
