    Job Description:

    Western Kentucky University Conferencing Services welcomes applications for the position of Events Associate to provide excellence in customer service. The successful candidate will possess the knowledge and skills required to execute the duties and responsibilities below with minimal supervision.
    • Prepares conference rooms for client usage per client set-up request.
    • Assists clients with other needs during events as requested.
    • Maintains sanitation standards.
    • Assists with the organization of all storage and audio video areas.
    • Assists with the training, development, and leadership of student workers.
    • Additional duties as assigned.
    Requirements:
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Demonstrated excellence in customer service
    • Demonstrated understanding of how to use Audio Video equipment (LCD Projectors, microphones, laptops, and lighting controls).
    Additional Information:

    Hourly Rate: $ $15.38
