    The Assistant General Manager is a Manager who has the drive and passion it takes to be a General Manager. AGMs are our GMs of the future. AGMs are essential in helping the General Manager successfully drive results in his/her restaurant, through people development, sales, and profit growth. The General Manager works closely with this job role in developing them to be successful General Managers.

    As the Assistant General Manager at Wingstop, you will spearhead the delivery of exceptional dining moments for our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of duties, all geared towards elevating the guest experience:

    Exemplifying superior customer service by greeting and interacting with guests in a warm and genuine manner.

    Overseeing the efficient and consistent preparation and crafting of our renowned wings to perfection.

    Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained across the restaurant.

    Skillfully managing cash handling procedures and transaction accuracy at the register.

    Coordinating and supervising crew members to guarantee smooth operations and outstanding service.

    Assisting with team member training and development to foster a skilled and motivated team.

    Collaborating with the management team to implement strategies for achieving sales goals and operational excellence.

    Addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
