Job Title: Assistant Controller

Location: Aliso Viejo, CA

Salary: $110k-$130k + Bonus

Responsibilities: The Assistant Controller is responsible for working closely with the Controller and Staff Accountants to ensure all accounting responsibilities are handled properly and on time. They are also responsible for working closely with the executive team and being an active participant in all strategy discussions.

Must-Have Skills:

1. 5-7 years of accounting experience.
2. Experienced with tax preparation and reviewing of tax returns.
3. Experienced overseeing books and handling monthly reporting.
4. Able to be onsite 3-4 days per week in Aliso Viejo, CA.

Nice to Have Skills:

1. Public accounting experience is highly preferred.
2. Able to think out of the box when it comes to tax strategies.
3. Licensed CPA preferred.
